Is a lot of AI overhyped? Honestly, yes, and we will say that to your face. We are two hospitality operators who have spent the last couple of years getting to grips with it properly. We are writing this paper with the industry, not about it. Not to tell hospitality what to think, but to ask hospitality what it thinks.
