A structured, honest read on how ready your operation is for AI, what it is already costing you, and the highest-return moves to make first.
The AI Readiness Review, AIR for short, is a structured diagnostic we run across your whole operation. It turns a vague sense that "we should probably be doing something with AI" into a clear, scored picture: what you're running well, where you're carrying risk, and the moves that pay back fastest. No jargon, no vendor's agenda, no assumption of a technical background.
What you get here: the headline numbers that frame the problem, the AIR framework we use to make it concrete, the twelve operational areas we score, how the scoring works, and the single free step that tells you exactly where you stand today.
of UK hotel and catering businesses don't use AI and have no plans to. That is starting to shift, which is exactly why moving now is cheap and moving later won't be.

AIR is the AI Readiness Review: the structured diagnostic we run across an operation. It turns a vague sense that "we should probably be using AI" into a clear, scored picture of the ground you're standing on: the solid parts, the soft parts, and where a bit of effort goes furthest. Three questions sit at its centre.
Where does the business stand today across every part of the operation? We assess the current picture honestly, without jargon or a vendor's agenda.
A scored report across all twelve operational areas shows exactly where you are strong, where you are exposed, and which areas matter most for you specifically.
A prioritised action plan: quick wins first, longer-term moves next. Practical steps any operator can act on without a technical background.
Think of AI as a brilliant apprentice: well-read, fast, never in a bad mood. Give it a clear brief and it does the rest. The AIR framework is how we hand your business that brief, area by area.
AI understands plain English. No coding, no commands to learn. If you can write a WhatsApp message, you can use it.
Most of the tools that matter cost less than a case of wine a month.
You start with one task. The free Snapshot scores your business across 12 areas and tells you exactly where to focus first.
The AIR Review scores every area of your business against a clear framework, so you can see plainly what's holding up, what's leaking, and which fixes are worth doing first. Nothing is left out.
Twelve categories, scored 0 to 5 each. Every part of the operation accounted for.
| Score out of 60 | Band |
|---|---|
| 0 to 19 | High-Risk Manual Business |
| 20 to 31 | Basic Digital Foundation |
| 32 to 43 | Operationally Capable, Under-Automated |
| 44 to 55 | Strong Systems, Clear AI Opportunity |
| 56 to 60 | Advanced Operator |
12 categories, scored 0 to 5 each, for a maximum of 60.
Each of the twelve areas is scored from 0 to 5, giving a total out of 60. Your total places you in one of five maturity bands. The band is not a verdict, it is a starting point: it tells you how much room there is to move, and the scored breakdown behind it tells you which three or four areas to move on first.
Most operators are surprised to find they sit higher than they feared in some areas, and lower in others they assumed were fine. That is the point. You cannot prioritise what you have not measured.
